Overview
We are seeking a skilled Smart Building Project Manager to contribute to our innovative team focused on transforming workplace experiences through smart technology. The successful candidate will oversee client-facing digital and smart building projects from conception to launch, ensuring collaboration among internal teams and external partners for timely and budget-compliant delivery. This hands-on role requires strong project management capabilities and a commitment to building trusted client relationships as the organization continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage client relationships to establish trust and partnership.
- Understand and adhere to processes for managing project scope, quality, and performance.
- Manage the delivery of app development projects by defining project scope and objectives.
- Prepare quotations and create project timelines for new projects.
- Utilize project management software to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Keep clients informed on project status, including schedules, budgets, and progress updates.
- Conduct occasional site visits for testing and commissioning of systems and sensors.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party vendors and resources.
Requirements
- A minimum of four years' experience managing complex, client-facing projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including clients and technical teams.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering digital products or technology projects.
- Strong ability to produce and maintain project documentation, including plans and risk registers.
- Proficient in managing project scope changes and escalating issues as needed.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the property or smart building sectors is desirable.
