Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype and validate multi-agent AI workflows.
- Design and experiment with orchestration frameworks.
- Integrate large language models into existing systems.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of long-term product strategies.
- Collaborate closely with senior technical stakeholders on project goals.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
- Adopt and implement modern software development lifecycle practices.
Requirements
- Strong commercial software engineering experience, specifically with Python.
- Hands-on experience in developing production AI applications.
- Demonstrated understanding of agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
- Proficiency with modern LLMs, including OpenAI or Anthropic.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering fundamentals, focusing on testing and clean code principles.
- Experience in building scalable backend services and REST APIs.
- Ability to rapidly experiment and validate technical concepts.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Services and orchestration frameworks is a plus but not essential.
