Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect specializing in Telecom OSS to lead architecture and design efforts for a transformative telecom program. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technology strategies, ensuring the development of scalable and innovative solutions. Your expertise will drive the architecture governance and design validation during the delivery phase while managing complex technical challenges within the telecom landscape.
Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end solution architecture across Telecom OSS domains.
- Design systems for Lead-to-Cash, Service Fulfilment, and Service Assurance.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
- Lead architectural discussions to identify scope, assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
- Develop solution artifacts such as HLDs, architecture design documents, and diagrams.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives across OSS landscapes.
- Provide architecture governance and design validation during delivery.
- Support teams in resolving complex technical and integration challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 12–18 years of experience in Telecom OSS architecture and solution design.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end OSS processes including Lead-to-Cash, Fulfilment, and Assurance.
- Experience with microservices, API-led integration, and event-driven architecture.
- Hands-on experience in architecture design (HLD/LLD), system integration, and data modeling (SID).
- Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks such as eTOM, SID, TAM, and ODA.
- Good understanding of telecommunications domain (B2B/B2C) and network technologies (4G/5G, MPLS, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
