Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in a large-scale digital transformation of corporate communications within a major organization. In this position, you will lead the design and delivery of a modern employee communications platform, collaborating closely with senior business leaders, technology teams, and third-party partners to enhance employee engagement and communication effectiveness. Your expertise will shape the architecture across various corporate communications technologies, ensuring optimal user experience and alignment with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities
- Define solution architecture for corporate communications and employee engagement platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead architecture design workshops with senior stakeholders.
- Produce high-level and detailed design documentation.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and security requirements.
- Support platform integrations across Microsoft 365, HR systems, and wider business applications.
- Provide technical leadership throughout delivery and implementation phases.
- Manage architectural risks and dependencies in collaboration with project teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect within large and complex environments.
- Strong experience delivering corporate communications or employee engagement platforms.
- Previous experience with Blink, Workvivo, Staffbase or similar products is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies and integration patterns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at senior leadership level.
- Experience producing architecture artifacts and governance documentation.
- Understanding of security, data privacy and enterprise integration principles.
