Overview
We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager or Operations Manager to enhance our creative team's operational efficiency on a fully remote, 6-month contract. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Lead to analyze and improve current workflows, ensuring better resource management and creative output. This position requires a proactive individual who thrives on challenging existing processes and implementing effective solutions that elevate team performance.
Responsibilities
- Review and optimize existing creative and operational processes.
- Identify efficiencies across workflows, resource management, and project delivery.
- Partner closely with the Creative Lead to improve team effectiveness and output.
- Challenge existing ways of working and introduce best practices where appropriate.
- Analyze how time and resources are being utilized and recommend improvements.
- Provide operational oversight across creative projects and deliverables.
- Support workload planning, prioritization, and team capacity management.
- Act as a trusted advisor, bringing external insight and industry expertise.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Studio Manager, Operations Manager, Creative Operations Manager, Traffic Manager, or similar role within a creative environment.
- Strong understanding of creative team workflows and delivery processes.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Confident in challenging stakeholders and influencing positive change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously and making recommendations at a leadership level.
- Brings fresh ideas and practical solutions.
- Not afraid to speak up, challenge constructively, and drive better ways of working.
