Overview
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of a large-scale ServiceNow environment amidst a significant enterprise transformation programme. This hybrid role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful migration from legacy systems and the governance of ServiceNow best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical architecture expertise and stakeholder management skills, particularly within regulated sectors.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture roadmap.
- Lead solution design across complex ServiceNow implementations.
- Drive platform governance, standards, and best practices.
- Architect integrations between ServiceNow and wider enterprise systems.
- Lead migration activities from legacy ITSM and operational platforms.
- Provide technical leadership to development and delivery teams.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and long-term platform success.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect within large enterprise environments.
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong experience designing and governing ServiceNow architecture.
- Previous experience leading ITSM platform migrations.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow integrations, CMDB, Discovery, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within complex and highly regulated environments.
- Technical proficiency in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, and REST/SOAP APIs.
