Overview

The Technical Business Analyst will join a global brand's Integration Services team to enhance enterprise system integration within the media industry. This hybrid role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting business processes while contributing to various key projects and programmes. The analyst will also engage in testing activities, developing test plans and scripts, with a focus on ensuring integration of new enterprise systems within the client's ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business processes related to integration projects.
  • Develop and document test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on defined requirements.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other types of testing such as functional and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with project teams to support project management and coordination efforts.
  • Utilize integration tools and methods to ensure system interoperability.
  • Identify and address testing issues or gaps in integration processes.
  • Provide input into the continuous improvement of integration practices within the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
  • Strong skills in integration testing, including familiarity with tools like Postman and APIs.
  • Experience in QA or various testing methodologies including UAT, functional, regression, integration, and performance.
  • Familiarity with integration projects and tools such as Azure Integration Services (AIS) and SAP BTP.
  • Experience in hybrid BA/Tester roles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HRIS applications, particularly Dayforce (Ceridian), is advantageous.
  • Background in Retail, Travel, or other B2C industries is beneficial.
