Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst for a 3-month initial contract focused on a major technology transformation initiative. This role involves collaborating with a technology team to support complex system integration and digital transformation projects. The analyst will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of critical requirements and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops to elicit and document business and technical requirements.
- Produce high-quality functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse existing business processes and define future-state processes.
- Support complex system integration initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Assist with data migration activities, including mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Work with technical teams on API integrations between internal and third-party systems.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across technology and business teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex technology projects.
- Strong capability in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Experience in producing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.
- Significant background in system integration projects.
- Strong understanding of API integrations and working alongside developers.
- Experience supporting data migration programs, including mapping and validation.
- Ability to work across multiple business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
