Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner to join a dynamic digital team for a 6-9 month contract. The successful candidate will collaborate with both business stakeholders and development teams to define and deliver technical solutions in a predominantly remote work environment, focusing on enhancing the customer experience in the retail sector.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement technical solutions.
- Analyze and document business processes regarding digital platforms.
- Ensure effective integration of systems and APIs within the project framework.
- Monitor project progress and deliverables to guarantee timely outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within digital processes and platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner in relevant industries such as Retail, Hospitality or E-commerce.
- Demonstrated knowledge of eCommerce, digital, or web environments.
- Experience working with customer-facing websites and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flow management.
- Ability to thrive in lean and complex work environments requiring problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between teams.
