Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst for an initial 3-month contract, focusing on a transformation programme within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, capture and document existing processes, and identify opportunities for automation and AI. This hybrid role allows for a flexible work environment while immersing yourself in critical early-stage project phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture current ('as-is') processes.
- Document complex operational workflows and identify pain points.
- Analyse manual processes and recommend opportunities for systemisation.
- Identify automation and AI opportunities across business operations.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical consultants during the discovery phase.
- Produce high-quality process maps, documentation, and business requirements.
- Support impact assessments and contribute to shaping the future delivery roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst on digital transformation programmes.
- Strong process mapping and business analysis skills.
- Experience working on discovery, assessment or greenfield projects.
- Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and extract undocumented business knowledge.
- Experience identifying process improvement, automation, or AI opportunities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced consultancy environments.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
