Overview
We are seeking a UK-based Technical Delivery Manager to guide and coordinate complex consulting projects across distributed teams in a remote-first environment. In this role, you will collaborate with European and US clients, ensuring projects remain aligned and successful through effective delivery leadership, client partnership, and technical insight. You will work with a highly collaborative international team focusing on high-quality, event-sourced, AI-driven applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide delivery oversight and support across multiple teams to maintain alignment with agreed scope and timelines.
- Act as a technical point of contact between clients and delivery teams to ensure clarity on project expectations.
- Contribute to defining objectives, milestones, and delivery timelines in partnership with technical and product leads.
- Identify risks early and recommend mitigation strategies while adhering to quality standards.
- Support delivery processes and contribute to team ceremonies as necessary to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Translate technical concepts into clear plans and communicate progress effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Program Lead in the software industry.
- Solid technical understanding of modern web and cloud technologies, including TypeScript, GraphQL, and AWS.
- Experience in working with distributed systems and engineering teams.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent command of the English language, capable of explaining complex software concepts clearly.
- Valuable background as a software system architect or developer, with hands-on experience in delivery automation.
