Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Technical Lead to join our dynamic team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will spearhead our technical initiatives, driving innovation and collaboration within the development teams. You will partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to architect solutions that enhance our service delivery and keep our offerings at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements
- Proven experience in software development and a background in leadership roles.
- Strong technical proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and related technologies.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and BitBucket.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
