Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager specializing in AWS to lead the delivery of multiple high-impact technical projects within a large-scale enterprise transformation program. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with broader program objectives, while reporting progress to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of 4–5 concurrent technical projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage project dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Establish project governance and effective ways of working.
- Create and maintain RACI matrices.
- Manage RAID logs, risks, and issues, driving mitigation activities as necessary.
- Report project progress to program leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams throughout project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex technical projects.
- Strong knowledge and experience with AWS and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience in delivering large-scale software engineering or infrastructure programs.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience operating within fast-paced, complex delivery environments.
- Desirable: Experience in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
- Desirable: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) and tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
