Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead network infrastructure projects within a significant public sector program. The role entails overseeing multiple workstreams such as enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, and CCTV, while collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage projects from planning to implementation and ensure that deliverables meet time, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage network infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion.
- Oversee multiple workstreams including enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, and CCTV.
- Collaborate with engineers and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Implement project governance and risk management practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering network infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, CCTV, structured cabling, and fibre.
- Experience managing technical teams, suppliers, and project budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification or demonstrable experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365 applications.
