Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end product development schedule across assigned categories.
  • Manage tooling timelines, build dates, and schedule changes with manufacturing partners.
  • Align engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure milestone achievement.
  • Run programme meetings, set agendas, and capture actionable items to completion.
  • Track progress and surface risks early, adapting to changes as necessary.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Product Manager, or Programme Manager in a physical product business.
  • Demonstrable track record of taking products into mass production in a consumer goods environment.
  • Experience working with Chinese manufacturing partners on tooling schedules and production builds.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills across engineering, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Technical background sufficient to engage with engineers and industrial designers.
