Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Scrum Master to play a key role in a significant national infrastructure initiative. This position requires strong technical expertise in Java and Spring Boot microservices, enabling you to lead Agile delivery and influence engineering decisions while ensuring technical excellence. You will collaborate closely with architects, developers, testers, and delivery leadership to ensure secure and high-quality delivery within AWS environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery for a major national infrastructure programme.
- Review and challenge code in a DevOps environment.
- Ensure compliance with Agile practices in a regulated environment.
- Implement CI/CD processes using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to drive technical excellence.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support the Scrum team.
- Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication between teams.
Requirements
- Active SC and NPPV3 clearance is essential.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot microservices.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum Master roles (5+ years).
- Expertise in AWS services, including EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Docker and cloud-native architectures.
- Ability to work effectively in regulated or secure environments.
