Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide expert technical support for the eFront Invest application within the financial sector, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing user experience. Collaborating closely with the Platform Delivery team, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing bugs, implementing fixes, and contributing to product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support for eFront Invest via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot functional, data, and performance issues with eFront Invest and its connected interfaces.
  • Analyze business user needs and evaluate the feasibility of their requirements.
  • Design and develop new features, solutions, and interfaces following best practices.
  • Document and maintain support procedures, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with the IT team on special projects integrating eFront into the larger ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an application support role.
  • Knowledge of eFront Invest or similar asset management applications.
  • Expertise in relational databases, specifically MS SQL Server.
  • Professional experience in VB.Net, SQL, Powershell, or Javascript.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT or SVN.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies like Scrum or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in oral and written English communication.
