The Technical Trainer will play a vital role in the rollout and adoption of an underwriting workbench platform within an insurance context. This position involves delivering tailored training to business users and providing support post-implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of the new system. The trainer will work closely with both end users and the technical team, acting as a key liaison to document user feedback and requests for system improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one and scenario-based training to business users.
  • Provide post-go-live business readiness support.
  • Document user requests for small changes and translate them into clear requirements.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between end users and the project team.
  • Facilitate stakeholder management to build trust and encourage platform adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Trainer or Business Readiness Consultant in the insurance sector.
  • Track record of delivering scenario-based training programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence business users.
  • Experience in translating real-world issues into technical requirements.
