Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test & Acceptance Manager with active DV clearance to lead the assurance and acceptance processes for a major programme in a highly secure environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple delivery teams to ensure that complex capabilities across infrastructure, systems, and software meet operational readiness and customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the Test & Acceptance strategy for a large-scale programme.
- Lead assurance and acceptance activities to ensure operational readiness of solutions.
- Manage testing and acceptance processes across various delivery teams and workstreams.
- Coordinate dependencies across infrastructure, software, systems integration, security, and operational stakeholders.
- Define acceptance criteria and governance processes including readiness reviews and acceptance evidence.
- Provide clear reporting on quality, risk, readiness, and acceptance status.
Requirements
- Active UK DV Clearance is mandatory.
- Strong background in Test Management and Acceptance Management.
- Experience in delivering large-scale programmes with complex dependencies.
- Proven delivery experience in Infrastructure, Systems, and Software environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and governance experience is required.
