Overview
The Test Manager will play a crucial role in supporting IT projects within the IS Operations scope for an international transportation organization, focusing on the structuring and industrializing of testing practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Working in a hybrid environment, the successful candidate will lead testing strategy execution while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance testing frameworks and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the overall testing strategy for IS Operations projects.
- Establish standardized test governance frameworks.
- Contribute to the development of industrialized testing frameworks.
- Lead and manage the execution of testing activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing goals and quality standards.
- Utilize test management and automation tools to enhance testing processes.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 5–8 years of experience in software testing, with substantial experience as a Test Manager.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Experience in IS Operations or IT production environments.
- Proficient with test management tools such as TestRail, ALM, Jira/Xray.
- Experienced with test automation tools like Selenium and Cypress.
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills.
