Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to oversee the testing approach for a significant Workday HR & Finance implementation. In this remote role, you will collaborate closely with program leadership and business stakeholders to ensure effective planning and execution of testing activities. Your focus will be on managing the testing lifecycle and delivering quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the overall test strategy and approach for the program.
  • Lead and coordinate all testing activities across the Workday implementation.
  • Work with business stakeholders to secure participation in testing activities and manage engagement.
  • Manage test plans, schedules, risks, issues, and reporting.
  • Oversee test execution, defect management, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with program, delivery, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager on Workday implementation programs.
  • Strong understanding of the Workday business testing approach.
  • Experience defining end-to-end testing strategies and managing complex test delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage business users.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Desirable: Previous experience working on UK Government or public sector programs.
  • Desirable: Security Clearance (SC) is highly desirable.
