Overview
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead testing activities for complex supply chain and warehouse management systems, particularly focusing on Blue Yonder Discrete and Swiftlog platforms. In this role, you will develop and oversee testing strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met throughout the testing process. You will manage a diverse team of testers and be instrumental in aligning testing initiatives with project objectives and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end test strategies, plans, and schedules for Blue Yonder Discrete and Swiftlog implementations.
- Lead and manage a team of onshore and offshore testers.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing phases.
- Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and technical specifications.
- Manage defect triage, reporting, and resolution processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Test Manager in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Discrete WMS and Swiftlog.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- ISTQB certification or equivalent is desirable.
