Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Training Lead Consultant to design and implement a comprehensive training strategy for an important business transformation program. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with program leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective user adoption of new systems and processes across multiple international locations. This role emphasizes both strategic planning and hands-on delivery to create impactful learning experiences that empower users.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the end-user training strategy for a major global transformation programme.
- Create engaging classroom, virtual, and self-service learning experiences that enhance user confidence.
- Develop role-based learning journeys tailored to varied teams and experience levels.
- Produce high-quality training guides, documentation, and digital learning content.
- Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing users for new processes.
- Champion user adoption, data quality, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Influence and engage with senior stakeholders while delivering hands-on training solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading training initiatives in large business transformation or CRM programmes.
- Strong background in designing learning strategies for diverse user groups.
- Experience delivering engaging classroom, virtual, and digital learning solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with Lead-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash commercial business processes.
- Ability to develop role-based learning content and user guides.
- Experience supporting organisational change and user adoption initiatives.
