Overview

The Training Lead for Conga CPQ will drive the development and delivery of a comprehensive training program for a Conga CPQ implementation within a sales environment. The contractor will collaborate with an established Sales team to perform training needs analysis, create training plans, and implement training solutions while positively influencing stakeholder engagement. This role requires expertise in Digital Adoption Platforms and creating e-learning content, along with strong managerial skills to mentor Sales Subject Matter Experts.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training solutions for Conga CPQ implementation.
  • Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Create and implement a detailed training plan to facilitate the transition to Conga CPQ.
  • Design and author training content for Digital Adoption Platforms.
  • Train Sales Subject Matter Experts to become Super Users for peer support.
  • Utilize e-learning tools such as Articulate 360 to develop training materials.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and effectively communicate the benefits of the change.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training development for Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solutions.
  • Familiarity with Conga CPQ and similar Offer Management solutions.
  • Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms such as Apty, Whatfix, WalkMe, or Pendo.
  • Ability to create e-learning content using Articulate 360 and other LMS tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in change management.
  • Understanding of sales operations and processes.
