Overview
We are seeking a Senior Transformation Architect specializing in Digital & AI for a four-week contract role. The ideal candidate will drive a technology transformation program by working closely with senior stakeholders, including the CTO and CEO, to connect business strategy, process design, and AI enablement into a cohesive transformation strategy. This client-facing position requires strong consulting instincts, commercial awareness, and the ability to navigate complex challenges effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assess business challenges and translate them into a practical transformation approach connecting outcomes, processes, platforms, and AI.
- Evaluate SaaS and enterprise platforms against business requirements, providing recommendations for optimization or replacement.
- Assess AI and automation opportunities, considering feasibility, data readiness, integration complexity, and risk.
- Design governance frameworks for AI-enabled workflows and human-in-the-loop models.
- Lead assessments of processes, operating models, and technology, defining target-state architectures and transition roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops and executive discussions, acting as the lead technical voice in engagements.
- Develop business cases and investment recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in enterprise or digital transformation with client-facing delivery at the CTO and CEO level.
- Proven experience in process architecture and operating model assessment, beyond just technology architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation, including platform capability evaluation.
- Ability to assess and make decisions regarding SaaS and enterprise platforms like Salesforce and SAP.
- Experience in defining transition roadmaps connecting technology changes to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong background in consulting or advisory roles, capable of being the sole technical lead in client-facing engagements.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical stakeholders and executive-level personnel.
