Overview
We are seeking a Transformation Programme Manager with extensive experience in outsourcing and offshoring within the Financial Services or Insurance sectors. The successful candidate will lead a critical transformation programme, collaborating with senior leadership, procurement, and external partners to ensure efficient programme delivery and stability in new operating models. This role is pivotal in shaping future business processes while adhering to regulatory and commercial standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end programme delivery for large-scale outsourcing and offshoring initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic operating models.
- Ensure governance and risk management processes are adhered to throughout the transformation programme.
- Drive the execution of transition plans and monitor the stabilization of new delivery models.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support successful programme outcomes.
- Establish delivery assurance measures to ensure compliance with regulatory and commercial requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale transformation programmes in Financial Services or Insurance.
- Demonstrated success in outsourcing and offshoring project delivery, including BPO/ITO and vendor transitions.
- Strong background in governance, risk management, and programme delivery assurance.
- Experience in leading complex, multi-functional, and multi-country transition programmes.
- Ability to influence and manage senior executive stakeholders effectively.
- Commercial awareness with experience in vendor management, sourcing, and contract oversight.
