Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Transformation Project Manager to lead the implementation phase of a finance transformation program. This role requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a growing business setting, where processes and systems are still evolving. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive delivery and ensure the successful adoption of new initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a 9-month transformation programme.
- Drive implementation across ERP improvements, finance process optimisation, and business change initiatives.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Establish appropriate governance, reporting, and risk management.
- Lead change management activities to ensure successful adoption.
- Remove blockers and maintain momentum across the programme.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering transformation programmes in complex or ambiguous environments.
- Finance background (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Experience across finance processes, including AP, AR, Billing, GL, Reporting, FP&A, and Finance Systems.
- Strong Agile, change management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering ERP or finance transformation initiatives.
- Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
