Overview
This role as a Transformation Test Analyst is pivotal in driving large-scale transformation projects within a prominent legal services environment. The contractor will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and testing leadership to ensure that newly implemented systems and processes align with business objectives to deliver tangible outcomes. Responsibilities
- Design and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) aligned to evolving business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios and scripts.
- Support and guide business users throughout the UAT process.
- Execute test cases and accurately record results.
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.
- Participate in defect triage sessions and support prioritisation.
- Validate test outcomes with business stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive test evidence and documentation for audit purposes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in User Acceptance Testing within transformation or system implementation projects.
- Experience working within a law firm or legal sector.
- Strong ability to design and execute test cases based on business requirements.
- Familiarity with test and defect management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across business and technical teams.
- Ability to quickly understand new systems, processes, and requirements.
- Prior experience in legal or financial services environments is advantageous.
