Overview
We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join a dynamic HealthTech SaaS company on a contract basis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to design user-friendly healthcare workflows, transforming MVP specifications into effective user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma. The position focuses on enhancing the user experience in a regulated environment, with an emphasis on building product modules from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Design complex healthcare workflows and user interactions.
- Transform MVP specifications into user flows and wireframes.
- Create clickable prototypes using Figma for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to iterate on designs.
- Utilize AI tools to streamline the design and prototyping process.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations in design decisions.
- Work on both mobile and desktop design specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UX/Product Design for SaaS products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience designing complex flows and forms, including permissions and error states.
- Background in working with fast-paced product teams and engineers.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance or regulated products is a plus.
- Confidence in utilizing AI tools to enhance the design workflow.
