Overview
The User Experience Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the design vision of a rapidly growing 'Tech For Good' company focused on creating an AI engine that supports the agricultural ecosystem. The contractor will collaborate closely with the CEO to establish a cohesive design strategy that enhances user interactions and drives engagement across the company's platforms, working entirely remotely within the UK.
Responsibilities
- Take full design ownership of the company's overall design language.
- Ensure product UX/UI consistency across different platforms.
- Design templates that facilitate engineering implementation.
- Provide input on website design to enhance user experience.
- Maintain brand consistency in all design outputs.
- Simplify user journeys to improve application flow.
- Identify and address areas that may lead to user inactivity.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past UX/UI design projects.
- Ability to simplify complex user journeys and enhance usability.
