Overview
We are seeking a User Experience Designer to lead the design and delivery of user-friendly, scalable, and accessible digital product experiences. In this hands-on role, the designer will engage in the entire UX lifecycle—from research and ideation to prototyping and final delivery—while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to enhance UX standards and drive product direction.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Translate user needs and business requirements into personas, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design high-quality interactive prototypes using Figma, adhering to branding and accessibility standards.
- Create and maintain UX deliverables such as style guides, icon libraries, and usability reports.
- Collaborate with Agile product and engineering teams, breaking down UX activities into actionable tasks.
- Iterate on product functionality to ensure evidence-led user experiences.
Requirements
- Strong experience as a UX/UI Designer in software or digital product development.
- High-quality portfolio showcasing visual design, interaction design, and user-centered thinking.
- Proficient in creating UX artefacts including personas, prototypes, wireframes, and style guides.
- Working knowledge of Figma, with experience in Miro and other design tools preferable.
- Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and tools such as Jira.
- Understanding of frontend development concepts related to UX implementation.
