Overview
This role for a Senior User Researcher involves leading research efforts for a government-backed Digital Health Protection Service project. The contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders, including public health teams and local authorities, to ensure the system meets the needs of diverse audiences. The focus will be on delivering actionable insights to inform design and policy decisions, all while working in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute user research activities across a range of audiences.
- Analyze and synthesize research data into actionable insights and personas.
- Integrate research findings into agile delivery processes and backlog prioritization.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagements and manage collaborations effectively.
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Ensure adherence to accessibility and inclusion standards in research design.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in user research for large-scale digital or service transformation projects.
- Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews and surveys.
- Able to transform research findings into design and policy evidence.
- Familiar with tools such as UserZoom, Optimal Workshop, Miro, and MS Teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
