Overview
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a fast-growing consumer-focused platform company on a fully remote basis. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to enhance and iterate on the customer experience as part of a major evolution of the digital platform. The primary focus is on creating user-centered designs that simplify and improve the end-to-end customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape user experiences.
- Define and execute design strategies from ideation to launch.
- Conduct structured experimentation, including A/B testing, to validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with business goals.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.
- Facilitate discussions and present designs to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product/UX Designer in consumer-focused environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design projects in B2C, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with non-technical audiences.
