Overview
We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join a vibrant start-up focused on technology for social impact. In this fully remote contract role, the designer will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to enhance the user experience of the product. The position emphasizes a user-centered design approach, leveraging user research and prototyping to create intuitive digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs and preferences.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results.
- Maintain design consistency across the product interface.
- Document and communicate design decisions effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end UX design processes.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies.
- Experience in designing user-centric digital products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.
