Overview
We are seeking a Contract UX Designer to contribute to the development of innovative healthcare software products within a remote working environment catering to teams in the UK and Ireland. This role involves collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to design new modules, transforming MVP requirements into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that facilitate seamless product delivery and enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end workflows for new SaaS product modules.
- Translate written specifications into build-ready designs and prototypes.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed screen states.
- Design responsive experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers throughout the delivery process to refine designs.
- Contribute to user testing and continuous product improvement.
- Work within an existing design system and extend it as needed.
- Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance the design workflow.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing SaaS products in fast-paced environments.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and business logic design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping skills.
- Experience creating permission-based workflows and forms in operational software.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving requirements.
- Excellent collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, v0, Claude, or Codex.
