Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to support a major offshore wind operations project on a Service Operations Vessel (SOV). This role involves managing logistics and inventory processes while ensuring effective communication between offshore teams and shore-based support, contributing to safe and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, tools, consumables, PPE, certification, calibration, and waste management processes.
- Support efficient receipt, shipment, tracking, and allocation of parts and equipment.
- Maintain communication between offshore teams, vessel management, and shore-based support functions.
- Ensure service kits, tooling, and vessel stores are available to support planned maintenance activities.
- Deliver toolbox talks and pre-work briefs to support safe offshore operations.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, stores, or stock control operations within offshore wind, marine, or engineering environments.
- Proficiency with SAP Materials Management.
- Valid GWO Advanced First Aid, Sea Survival, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, and Slinger/Signaller certifications.
- IOSH Managing Safely certification.
- Ability to travel and work offshore in Germany.
- Experience with SCADA or turbine control systems is advantageous.
