Overview
We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join a leading travel company on a 6-month project focused on creating seamless digital experiences. The developer will work remotely, collaborating with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver modern and scalable web solutions, primarily using React and Umbraco CMS.
Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using React.
- Build and maintain websites within the Umbraco CMS.
- Collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.
Requirements
- Proven commercial experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with Umbraco CMS (v12+ preferred).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration work.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
