Overview
The Web Insight Analyst will join a dynamic eCommerce team on a 3-month contract to enhance understanding of customer behavior and website performance. Collaborating with commercial and digital teams, the analyst will focus on identifying trends and anomalies to inform data-driven decision-making, while also improving reporting efficiencies through automation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze website performance and customer behavior data to identify trends and anomalies.
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the business.
- Collaborate with commercial and digital teams to investigate product performance.
- Communicate findings through compelling data storytelling.
- Identify opportunities to automate existing manual reporting processes.
- Build reports and dashboards in Power BI.
Requirements
- Strong experience in analyzing web and eCommerce performance data.
- Excellent data storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for analysis.
- Strong SQL skills with experience querying data in BigQuery.
- Experience in building reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Ability to investigate trends and identify root causes.
- Experience in automating reporting and improving analytical processes.
- Previous experience in an eCommerce or digital environment is preferred.
