Overview
The Web Insight Analyst role is crucial in transforming how a growing retail-focused organization utilizes data. Responsibilities
- Analyse sales and marketing performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimisation.
- Develop a structured approach to monitoring performance, including flagging unusual patterns in product sales.
- Investigate root causes of performance changes across traffic, conversion, and acquisition channels.
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Support the move from manual reporting towards more automated analytics workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve tracking, reporting processes, and data usage.
Requirements
- Strong experience working with GA4, SQL, Power BI, and BigQuery.
- Ability to interrogate data and uncover underlying drivers of performance.
- Comfortable communicating insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
