Overview
This role involves supporting a major client in the UK Payroll operations during a critical phase. The Payroll Consultant will work autonomously, collaborating with senior stakeholders to ensure effective payroll management. The position is remote and is focused on leveraging expertise in Workday, specifically within the context of UK Payroll.
Responsibilities
- Conduct UK Payroll Parallel Data Reviews, including HMRC calculator comparisons.
- Perform Payroll Data Load Reviews related to Payroll History, Payment Elections, Tax Codes, etc.
- Support UK Payroll Configuration Reviews, including SMP, Taxes, and Post-payroll reporting.
- Assist with ongoing BAU UK payroll processing for key entities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UK Payroll (BAU) using Workday.
- Experience in Private Equity or high-ranking Financial Services is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders in the US.
- Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
