Overview
We are seeking an interim Workday Product Owner to support a global organization in their recent Workday rollout. This role requires a highly autonomous individual who will drive the implementation of structure and governance around the Workday platform while managing stakeholder expectations across distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Product Owner for Workday, overseeing the roadmap and backlog management.
- Bridge the gap between People and Culture and IT, managing stakeholder expectations.
- Establish structure, governance, and efficient ways of working on the Workday platform.
- Facilitate roadmap discussions with senior stakeholders to clarify priorities.
- Enhance the company's overall Workday maturity and design a sustainable long-term solution.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience as a Workday Product Owner is essential.
- Proven ability to work autonomously from day one in a senior capacity.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills in cross-functional settings.
- Experience in fast-paced or developing environments is advantageous.
- Broader experience with HR systems is a plus.
