Overview
We are seeking an experienced Workday Tester to support the delivery of a major Workday programme, focusing on HR and Finance solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful testing outcomes in a fully remote setting. Your expertise will be crucial in planning, executing, and managing testing activities, contributing to high-impact transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute test activities across Workday HR and Finance.
- Create and maintain test scripts and test evidence.
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and other testing activities as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience testing Workday HR and Finance.
- Strong understanding of core HR and Finance business processes.
- Experience creating and executing test scripts and managing defects.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently within a remote delivery team.
- Desirable: Experience delivering projects within UK Government or the public sector.
- Desirable: Exposure to large-scale digital transformation or ERP implementation programmes.
