Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Workplace Automation Consultant to facilitate a significant automation transformation initiative. The consultant will work collaboratively within a team to enhance operational efficiency by implementing automated workflows, identity management, and endpoint solutions. This role is crucial for delivering scalable and effective automation in a variety of organizational processes.
Responsibilities
- Automate Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) processes.
- Build end-to-end user provisioning & deprovisioning workflows.
- Integrate HR, Identity & ITSM platforms.
- Automate device onboarding, software deployment & patching.
- Improve endpoint compliance and operational efficiency.
- Identify manual processes and deliver scalable automation solutions.
Requirements
- Strong background in endpoint management & automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure & Entra ID, Intune & Jamf Pro.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, n8n, Logic Apps).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Experience in financial services preferred.
