Overview
The Workplace Automation Consultant will play a pivotal role in a major workplace transformation initiative, focusing on modernizing operations through automation. This position involves collaborating with a leading consultancy to enhance employee lifecycle processes and improve enterprise endpoint management in a large-scale environment. The consultant will identify and automate repetitive operational tasks to boost efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify manual and repetitive operational processes for automation.
- Automate Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Streamline user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows.
- Integrate HR, identity management, and IT service management platforms.
- Enhance device onboarding and lifecycle management.
- Automate software deployment, patch management, and compliance activities.
- Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and orchestration.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering workplace or endpoint automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) practices.
- Familiarity with SCIM, SSO, and API-based integrations.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms like n8n, Power Automate, or Logic Apps.
- Background in financial services environments is advantageous.
