Dynamics 365 Consultant

Overview

The Senior Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Consultant will play a pivotal role in a large-scale transformation and core system migration programme, partnering with a third-party consultancy to ensure compliance with regulatory and governance standards. This position requires collaboration with both business and technical teams to design solutions and deliver best practices while engaging with senior stakeholders to shape project outcomes. The role is hybrid, requiring in-office presence two days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design, configuration, and best-practice delivery across Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into practical, robust solutions.
  • Support integration, data, and environment strategy across the programme.
  • Provide guidance on governance, security, compliance, and delivery approach.
  • Collaborate with a third-party consultancy to ensure solutions meet regulatory and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Consultant.
  • Ability to lead solution design and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in complex, regulated, and fast-moving change environments.
  • Background in financial services or other regulated industries is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns and data considerations within large transformation programmes.
