Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cost Controller to contribute to a major renewable energy project on a six-month contract. This role involves collaborating with the project controls and finance team to oversee day-to-day cost management, ensuring accurate financial reporting to facilitate successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain project budgets and cost forecasts.
- Oversee Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Complete actual cost reconciliations.
- Produce and maintain cash flow forecasts.
- Prepare accurate cost and financial reporting.
- Support and coordinate debt drawdowns.
- Identify cost variances and provide clear reporting to project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller or Project Cost Controller in renewable energy, power, utilities, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Experience with project budgets, actuals, forecasting, and financial reporting.
