Overview
We are seeking an experienced IAM / Entra ID Engineer to enhance identity and access management capabilities within a Microsoft-centric environment. The contractor will work closely with a growing insurance company, contributing to the management of identity lifecycle and ensuring compliance within regulated systems. This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and related technologies.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance identity and access management capabilities across the organization.
- Implement and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and related IGA tools.
- Collaborate on identity lifecycle management and establish access controls.
- Develop and automate PowerShell scripts for efficient operations.
- Conduct access reviews and entitlement management processes.
- Participate in IAM transformation and cloud migration projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in the insurance sector.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and identity lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with IGA tools such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
- Familiarity with SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and PIM.
- Knowledge of Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience working within regulated environments, preferably in Insurance or Financial Services.
