Overview
We are looking for a Freelance Senior Architect, Architectural Technologist, or Interior Architect to join a large-scale commercial office refurbishment project in London. The successful candidate will leverage their Revit proficiency and RIBA stage experience to contribute to the delivery of this important project within an AJ100 practice. This is a great opportunity for a technically skilled professional to join a dynamic team and work on significant UK-based projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural plans and technical documentation using Revit.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure design integrity and project delivery.
- Assist in the management of project milestones from RIBA stages 3 to 5.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the refurbishment process.
- Engage with stakeholders to discuss design and construction aspects.
Requirements
- Proficient in Revit and other architectural software.
- Demonstrable experience with interior office refurbishments.
- Familiarity with RIBA stages 3-5 in the architectural process.
- Prior experience on UK-based projects, preferably large residential developments.
- Strong communication skills to work within a team and with clients.
