Overview
We are seeking a skilled IAM Engineer for a contract role focused on optimizing and delivering enterprise identity and access services. The successful candidate will engage in hands-on management of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO integrations, and authentication technologies within both Microsoft and Google environments, ensuring secure access throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and Intune integrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO solutions using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
- Manage Google Workspace administration and associated SAML apps and OAuth applications.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and utilize Microsoft Graph API for automation tasks.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates and DNS configurations, including MX, CNAME, and SPF records.
- Support SSO integrations with various SaaS platforms including Salesforce and Atlassian.
- Manage Azure service principals and application registrations.
- Produce technical documentation like runbooks and rollback plans.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 protocols.
- Experience with enterprise SSO integrations and SaaS application access.
- Proven track record as a Google Workspace Super Admin.
- Strong skills in PowerShell scripting and experience with Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience in managing certificates, DNS records, and Azure identity services.
- Familiarity with domain or tenant migration projects is a plus.
- Ability to produce comprehensive technical documentation.
