Overview
The Interim Payroll Transformation Lead will oversee a global CloudPay implementation, working in conjunction with a Workday programme. This role focuses on driving the remaining implementation efforts, leading a team of consultants, and ensuring the new payroll system is fully integrated and operational. Collaborating with various stakeholders across multiple regions, this position is critical for achieving a stable payroll function within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead the remaining CloudPay implementation from current state to full go live.
- Direct and manage a team of implementation consultants to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate integration efforts of CloudPay with the broader Workday programme.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll requirements across regions and countries.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
- Manage risks and dependencies to facilitate a smooth handover into business as usual (BAU).
Requirements
- Proven experience leading CloudPay implementations in a senior role.
- Strong background in global payroll transformation across EMEA, the UK, the Nordics, India, and the US.
- Experience with Workday alongside payroll implementation projects.
- Comfortable leading implementation teams and managing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to quickly step into ongoing projects and drive results.
- Desirable experience in a technology business.
